OpenSpace: five rough edges found on first use

First-use feedback on OpenSpace: the project name is sometimes missing on an agent, double-click does not open the console, the transition from to-review to seen is unclear, agents cannot be pinned when there are many, and a concierge section is missing from the project folder view.

This gathers what several people told us separately. Their original messages stay private: only this rewording is public, and nobody sees who wrote what.
