  I'll add a problem I've recently noticed: if the agent asks me to enter a response, the expected waiting prompt appears. However, if I send from that waiting form, the agent doesn't detect the response and continues to ask me to answer his question. However, if I then answer the question directly in the chat, he does something and then stops as if he's waiting to exit the waiting state that has opened, and I have to type a "proceed" or "continue" to make it move forward.
