I run AgentsRoom on a machine I leave running unattended, and I drive it remotely (Remote Desktop from another PC, or the conversation with the orchestrating agent). When a team run blocks on max cycles, the only ways to resume or clear it are the run box buttons in the desktop app or the phone app (Add one cycle, Dismiss). From my remote session I see no such control, and the agent cannot do it either: team_extend_run needs the "Agent may add cycles" allowance, which cannot be set while the blocked run keeps the team frozen, and team_cancel_run leaves a blocked run blocked (ticket fb01940c). Result: an unattended run stays stuck until I reach the phone or the physical machine.
Request: let me approve these actions from wherever I talk to the agent (for example an approval card for "Add one cycle" or "Dismiss" that the agent can raise), or allow setting the agent cycle allowance on a team whose only live run is blocked, and show the run controls in the remote view.
A team run blocked on max cycles can only be resumed or cleared from the desktop app or the phone app. Working remotely (another PC, or through the agent's conversation), the user sees no control, and the agent cannot act because the allowance field is frozen while the blocked run is alive.
An approval card the agent can raise for Add one cycle / Dismiss, answerable wherever the user talks to the agent; or let teams_save set agentExtraCyclesMax while the team's only live run is blocked; and the run controls in the remote view.
Users who leave AgentsRoom running unattended on one machine and control it from other computers.
A blocked run can be resumed or cleared remotely without reaching the phone or the physical machine.
This will be available in the next version. A team run stopped on its cycle limit now appears on your other computers and in the phone's remote view, with Add one cycle, Add two cycles and the close button, so you can resume or clear it without going to that machine; and when you ask the agent that orchestrates the run, it can now switch on "Agent may add cycles" for that team by itself and resume the run. If this is not what you had in mind, tell us and we will adjust it.
