Ollama provider: `ollama launch claude` fails because the continuation prompt is passed as a bare argument

From mmoravcikDone 3 days agovia agent-mcp

When an agent is switched to the Ollama provider, AgentsRoom runs ollama launch claude and appends the handoff text ("You are continuing work previously started by Claude (qwen3-coder)... Ask the user what to do next.") as a plain positional argument. Ollama 0.40.6 rejects it: Error: unexpected arguments: [You are continuing work ...] Use '--' to pass extra arguments to the integration. Exit code 1, the agent never starts.

Expected: the extra prompt is passed after -- (e.g. ollama launch claude --model qwen3-coder:30b -- "<prompt>"), or omitted.

Repro: DGX Spark (Linux), Ollama 0.40.6 (older 0.13.5 has no launch at all), switch an agent from another provider to Ollama with model qwen3-coder:30b. Observed 2026-10-18.
