ssh_connection_delete and ssh_connection_save report success but ssh_list is unchanged

Two project-scoped SSH connections exist. One of them has a live terminal tab (an open SSH session whose remote host is no longer reachable). Calling ssh_connection_delete on that connection returns {ok:true, deleted:true}. Calling ssh_connection_save with the id of the second connection (new name and description, same host) returns {ok:true, saved:true, created:false}. An immediate ssh_list shows both connections exactly as before: the deleted one is still there (still live:true with its ptyId/tabId), and the renamed one keeps its old name and description. ssh_exec on the second connection works, and its result still reports the old name. Earlier the same day, ssh_connection_save on the first connection (a host change) also returned success with no effect.

Expected behavior

After delete, ssh_list no longer lists the connection; after save with id, ssh_list shows the new name/description.

Actual behavior

Both calls return ok/deleted/saved, but ssh_list and ssh_exec still show the previous state. No error is returned.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have two project SSH connections, one with an open live SSH terminal tab. 2) ssh_connection_delete({connectionId: <live one>}) -> deleted:true. 3) ssh_connection_save({id: <other>, name:'new name', kind:'ssh', host, port, user, authType:'key', description:'new'}) -> saved:true. 4) ssh_list -> unchanged.
