This will be available in the next version. The Changes tab gets a new Worktrees view: one row per checkout (Main and every worktree) with its branch, its agents and their live status, uncommitted files and lines, commits ahead and behind the base, last activity, ticket and CI. Click a row to open its diff against Uncommitted changes, Whole branch since its base, any commit of the branch, an agent turn, or any other branch. Files open as the whole file with changes highlighted in place (word level), with Collapse unchanged and per-fold expand. Open in a tab puts the diff in a workspace tab next to your agents, which splits and detaches like any tab, so it stays open while you move between agents. Under each agent answer, "N files changed in this turn" opens that turn's diff. The row menu has Merge, Open a pull request, Delete worktree (with a warning on uncommitted files and unmerged commits) and Clean up. Review Mode also gets a Full diff view. On the phone, the Changes screen opens the same overview and diffs, read-only. If it is not what you had in mind, tell us and we will adjust it.

With many agents in many worktrees I lose track of what each one is doing. The Changes tab shows one checkout at a time (Worktree selector) and only uncommitted files, so I switch worktree by worktree, and work an agent already committed on its branch is not visible. Review Mode opens in a modal I must close before clicking to another agent, and its diff shows hunks or the whole file, never both. Orca does this better: a sidebar of every worktree with live agent status and a diff per worktree against its start ref.
Proposal
- Non-modal diff view: diffs open in a workspace pane or tab (dockable next to agent terminals in Split View, detachable to a window), so it stays open while I click between agents, worktrees and files.
- Full-file diff: the whole file with changes highlighted in place (added/removed/modified, word-level) and the unchanged code around them; optional "collapse unchanged" and per-hunk "expand context".
- Worktrees overview: one row per checkout (Main + each worktree): branch, agents + live status, uncommitted files, +/- lines, commits ahead/behind base, last activity, ticket, CI. Sorted by activity; click opens its diff.
- Branch diff: per worktree, "Uncommitted" or "Whole branch vs base" (committed + uncommitted vs merge-base), or any commit/branch; branch commit list with per-commit diff.
- Per-turn changes: in an agent's conversation, "N files changed in this turn" opens that turn's diff.
- Actions in the overview: merge, open PR/MR, delete worktree + branch (confirmed, warns on unmerged commits), "Clean up worktrees".
Outcome: one glance shows what every agent changed and where, with enough context to judge it, without modals or switching checkouts.
