Mail to an agent in waiting_input is held; a coordinator can't see or clear another agent's pending question

In a multi-agent project with a coordinator agent, any agent that asks its user a question (the AgentsRoom ask_user card, or the Claude CLI's own AskUserQuestion prompt) enters waiting_input. While it waits:

1. Agent Mail sent to it is held as "queued" until a human answers in that agent's own pane, so the coordinator's answer to the very question cannot reach it.
2. No MCP tool lets the coordinator read the pending question or answer or dismiss it. agents_restart only restarts the caller, and agents_list_live shows the waiting_input status but not the question text.

So one agent's question silently stalls the whole swarm until the user is physically at the desktop, even when the user is reachable elsewhere (a phone bridge) and has already answered through the coordinator. We hit this 3 times in one afternoon.

Requests, any of these would fix it:

• an option to deliver mail to waiting_input agents (or to treat a reply on the same thread as the answer);
• a coordinator-scoped tool to read and answer, or clear, another agent's pending question;
• the pending question text (and since when) in agents_list_live, so a coordinator can relay it.

Expected behavior

A coordinator (or mail on the same thread) can answer or clear another agent's pending question, or at least see it, so the swarm keeps moving when the user is away from the desktop.

Actual behavior

Mail stays queued while the recipient is in waiting_input; agents_message_status says it is held until a human answers; the coordinator has no way to see or answer the question.

Steps to reproduce

1. Agent B calls ask_user (or the CLI's AskUserQuestion) and enters waiting_input. 2. Coordinator agent A sends B a mail answering the question. 3. agents_message_status shows queued / recipientRuntime waiting_input. 4. Nothing happens until the user clicks in B's pane.
