Conspicuous onscreen indicators of agent harness bootstrapping/ agentsroom tooling

This will be available in the next version. Each agent panel now shows a small plug pill next to the tokens: it turns green only once the agent's CLI has actually loaded the AgentsRoom tools, and says "Check tools" or "Tools missing" when something is off. Hover it to see each tool server, the status hooks and the skills loaded at launch (with a warning if one was edited since), plus a one-click restart. It works with every supported CLI, costs no tokens, and also appears in the agent screen of the mobile app. If it is not what you had in mind, tell us and we will adjust it.
