When a backlog ticket already has an agent in progress, editing the ticket information and saving does not persist the changes correctly. Expected: edits to the ticket are saved and kept. Actual: changes made while the agent is running are not saved correctly.
A related case, even when the ticket is not in progress: the reviewer agent does not seem to be saved on the ticket. Expected: choosing a reviewer and saving keeps that reviewer on the ticket. Actual: the reviewer assignment does not stick.
Ticket edits are saved and kept, including the reviewer assignment, whether or not an agent is already in progress.
Edits made while an agent is in progress are not saved correctly. Separately, the reviewer agent does not seem to stay saved on the ticket even when the ticket is not in progress.
La correzione sarà disponibile nella prossima versione: il revisore e le altre modifiche del ticket non restavano salvati perché il salvataggio riprendeva i valori presenti all'apertura della finestra, e sul telefono il modulo si azzerava mentre l'agente lavorava. Se dopo l'aggiornamento succede ancora, riapri il ticket con più dettagli possibile (uno screenshot o un video aiutano molto).
