This will be available in the next version. In the Edit agent window (right-click an agent > Edit), hover any section, for example Default skills, and click the pin that appears in its left margin: the section moves to a Pinned block at the top of the window and stays there, even with Advanced options folded. Click the pin again to put it back in its place. Your pins follow your account on all your computers, and in the phone app a long-press on a section title does the same. Your bigger idea, workspace modes that adapt to the task (like a research mode), is tracked as a separate request. If this is not what you had in mind, tell us and we will adjust it.
