Thanks for the detailed report. This will be in the next version, and it is in fact already in the latest one. The delay was not caused by those ticket ids: the version you are running downloads the whole backlog of the project every time an agent reads a single ticket. On a board of about 2,000 tickets that is around 14 MB per read, and when several agents read at the same moment, some of these downloads took several minutes, whatever ticket was asked for. Recent versions read only the requested ticket, and a slow server can no longer keep a call hanging for minutes. Your app has already downloaded the update but only installs it when it restarts: click "Update ready" in the status bar, or quit AgentsRoom completely (Cmd+Q) and reopen it. If backlog_get is still slow after that, please reopen this ticket with as many details as possible (a screenshot or a video helps a lot).

Observed 2026-10-18 evening with the AgentsRoom MCP backlog_get and a full ticket uuid. For ids such as bb072569-f176-4b2f-861e-f347956e4342 the call does not return for more than 120 seconds (the harness moved it to a background task), while neighbouring ids (a29d1050-7da8-4c24-9bc9-90c8e5985443, 9f3626d5-8376-45cc-b165-5d4e7250a7c1, fe2e598f-9b38-4b15-b423-67aa958e9526) return in under a second. Codex seats hit the same on those ids (pending more than 1 minute, retried once, then killed by the agent). The affected tickets are not unusually large. Repro: call backlog_get with taskId bb072569-f176-4b2f-861e-f347956e4342 several times. Impact: read-only triage seats cannot read some ticket bodies and have to skip them.
