Tool calls as responses

These internal notices were being treated as ordinary replies, which let them bypass the option to hide tool calls. A fix is prepared to remove the tool announcements shown in your screenshot, alongside the token notices, from the conversation view on desktop and mobile. If the issue persists after the fix is released, please reopen the ticket with as much detail as possible; a screenshot or video helps.
