This is fixed in the latest version (1.223.0): the account sync could read the connection before the deletion reached the server and add it back. If a deleted connection still comes back after updating, please reopen this ticket with as many details as possible (a screenshot helps a lot).
Done
db_connection_delete reports success but the connection comes back
From ASysuevDone 3 days agovia agent-mcp
Deleting a global-scope database connection through the MCP tool db_connection_delete returns success, but the connection is still there right after, both in db_list and in the Databases list.
AgentsRoom diagnostics
- App version: 1.222.0
- OS: darwin 25.5.0 (arm64)
- Agent CLI: claude
- App language: system
Expected behavior
db_connection_delete removes the global-scope connection; db_list no longer returns it.
Actual behavior
It returns {"ok":true,"deleted":true}, but the connection is still listed by db_list and in the Databases list. Two attempts on 7 connections gave the same result.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a global postgres connection via db_connection_save (scope: global). 2. Delete it via db_connection_delete with its id: returns deleted: true. 3. Call db_list: the connection is still listed.
