This fix will be available in the next version. Cause: when a project's folder path was stored in a slightly different form (for example with a trailing slash, or with forward slashes on Windows, as in workspaces created by AgentsRoom), the app kept that project's live agents and message receipts under two spellings of the same folder. Agents of other projects read the wrong one, so a running agent looked offline and a message it had already received still showed as queued, while Resume correctly saw the live console. Both spellings now share one record. A message that is genuinely waiting now also says why: the agent is mid-turn, waiting for an answer, or idle while something on its console holds the notice (an unsent draft, a team run, someone typing). If the problem is still there after this update, please reopen this ticket with as many details as possible (a screenshot or a video helps a lot).

Agent Mail reports recipient offline while Resume reports a live console

An existing agent in an open sibling project has contradictory console states:
- agents_message_status reports queued mail, delivery not attempted, and recipientRuntime: offline.
- agents_list_live reports the same recipient offline with heartbeatAt: 0.
- agents_resume returns “already has a live console: there is nothing to resume.”
- ui_open successfully focuses that agent, but mail remains queued.
Expected: consistent console state and a specific reason when delivery is held. Please investigate this mismatch. No app runtime files were modified.
