in the team graph an awaiting node

I've had to instruct agents to stop when they can't find an answer, but the only closing node is done, which ends the backlog team run. However, if I write in individual chats, they still communicate with each other, passing information along, but the process is no longer automatic, so I have to tell each agent to check their inbox. If you add an await node, in cases like this, the user is asked to write, and from that point, the backlog team run starts again. That would be fantastic, a killer feature to add to the front page.
