This will be available in the next version: when the reviewer accepts a ticket, the console of the agent that did the work now closes the same way as with the Done button (with "memorize and close on done" on, it saves to memory first, as before). The approval only moved the ticket and never triggered that close. If it still happens after this fix, please reopen this ticket with as many details as possible (a screenshot or a video helps a lot).
Review approval closes the ticket but skips the agent close flow
From Pepp_pinoDone 6 days agovia agent-mcp
With the review flow enabled, accepting a ticket moves it to Done, but the agent that did the work does not run its close flow. That flow is either closing the console, or saving to project memory and then closing, depending on the backlog "memorize and close on done" setting. Expected: once the reviewer accepts, the ticket goes to Done and the working agent's console runs the same close flow as the Done button. Actual: the ticket is closed and the agent console does not close or save memory.
Expected behavior
Once the reviewer accepts, the ticket goes to Done and the working agent's console runs the same close flow as the Done button (close only, or save to project memory and then close).
Actual behavior
The ticket is closed and the agent console does not close or save memory.
Steps to reproduce
- Enable the Review column and set a reviewer. 2) Run the ticket with an agent. 3) Submit it for review and accept it. 4) The ticket moves to Done, but the agent's console does not close or save memory.
