Add an option to hide agent avatars in the top title bar

From Rob ZappDone 2 weeks ago

The row of agent avatars across the top title bar becomes crowded when many agents are open. I want to hide this row while keeping the rest of the interface as configured.

Please add an independent toggle under Settings > Interface elements > Title bar to show or hide the agent avatar row. Hiding it should only affect its visibility and should not close agents or change their sessions.

I checked the current Interface elements settings and could not find a separate toggle for this row.

Hi Robert, thanks for the suggestion. In the next version you will find a new "Agent avatars" checkbox under Settings > Interface elements > Title bar. Untick it to hide the row of agent avatars at the top of the window. It only hides the row: your agents stay open and their sessions are untouched. Tick it again to bring the row back. The "waiting for your answer" badge next to the avatars stays visible.

Thanks: your idea is implemented and ships in the next release. We built it the way we pictured it, so if the result is not what you had in mind, tell us and we will adjust it.

Thanks guys. I routinely just have too many agents open.
