Done button closes ticket instead of submitting to reviewer

With the Review column enabled and a reviewer set on a ticket, clicking the agent console "Done" / "Completato" button closes the ticket instead of moving it to In Review. Expected: Done hands the ticket to the reviewer (In Review); only the reviewer can approve to Done. Actual: Done skips review and closes. User is not dragging the card to Done; they use the console Done button, which they expect to be the review hand-off.

Expected behavior

With a reviewer set, the console Done button moves the ticket to In Review for the reviewer.

Actual behavior

Done closes the ticket and skips the reviewer / In Review lane.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Review column. 2) Assign an executor and a reviewer on a ticket. 3) Start the ticket and work it. 4) Click Done / Completato on the agent console. 5) Ticket closes instead of going to In Review.
