Add unique IDs to mailbox messages to efficiently identify a message to an agent

This will be available in the next version. Each mailbox message now shows its unique ID with a copy button, so you can give that ID to an agent to identify the exact message. This also works for the shared project inbox. If this is not what you had in mind, please let us know and we will adjust it.
