Two-way sync between an Obsidian vault folder and Project Memory
From Rob ZappDone 2 weeks ago
Import from Obsidian is a one-time copy. Notes edited later in Obsidian don't reach Project Memory, and notes agents write don't reach the vault. Users who keep their knowledge in Obsidian end up with two copies that drift apart.
Proposal: let a project link one vault folder for ongoing two-way sync. Edits in Obsidian update the matching memory notes, and notes agents save are written back as markdown with frontmatter and [[links]]. Link it per project, show conflicts instead of silently overwriting (last write wins), and allow a one-way mode (vault to memory only).

Problem to solve
The one-time import goes stale, and there are two sources of truth.
Proposed behavior
A per-project link to a vault folder, synced both ways, with conflicts shown.
Who benefits
People who already keep notes in Obsidian.
Acceptance criteria
Obsidian stays the editor, and agents read and write the same notes.
