enable sync of backlog with existing task managers

When issues are managed in github and product features in notion (or some other tool), maintaining the backlog in Agents room adds another source of drift.

We need to be able to easily sync the tasks of agents room in third party tools.

Problem to solve

manual sync is not reasonable

Proposed behavior

the more flexible, the better - my preference: API access to the tasks in read-write so we can easily create a sync script.
